Construction principle
The main body of the dewatering machine is composed of a fixed ring and a movable ring that are layered on top of each other, and the spiral shaft runs through it to form a filtering device. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dewatering section.
The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the movable ring, as well as the pitch of the spiral shaft, gradually decreases from the concentration part
to the dewatering part.
The rotation of the spiral shaft not only drives the sludge to be transported from the concentration section to the dewatering section, but also continuously drives the movable ring to clean the filter gap for preventing clogging.
Dewatering principle
After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. In the process of advancing, when the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, it generates great internal pressure to continuously reduce its volume so that the goal of well dewatering is realized.
Technical advantages of volute sludge dewatering machine
Wide application
1) Suitable for sludge from various industries such as municipal sewage, food, beverage, chemical, leather, welding materials, papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, coal chemical, mineral processing, acid washing and electroplating, and mine drainage.
2) Suitable for dewatering of high and low concentration sludge. When dewatering low concentration (2000mg/L) sludge, there is no need to build a concentration tank or storage tank so as to reduce construction costs, phosphorus release and anaerobic odor generation.
Little possibility of blockage
1) Available with self-cleaning function. There is no need of cleaning to prevent clogging of the filter joints, so the amount of water used for flushing and the burden of internal circulation is reduced.
2) Applicable to the treatment of oily sludge.
Easy operation
1) Through the electric control cabinet, it is connected with the infusion machine, sludge pump, dosing pump, etc. to achieve 24-hour continuous unmanned operation.
2) Short daily maintenance time, simple maintenance tasks.
Low speed operation
1) The rotational speed of the screw shaft is about 2-3 revolutions per minute with low electricity consumption.
2) Fewer faults, less noise and vibration, safe operation
Small design
1) Compact design: the dewatering machine is composed of an electric control cabinet, a metering tank, a flocculation mixing tank and a dewatering main body.
2) Small floor space, easy to maintain and replace; Small weight, easy to handle.

1) The body is almost entirely made of stainless steel for much longer service life.
2) Spare parts only the spiral shafts and floating rings. Long service life.
