WORKING PRINCIPLE
The main body of the anti-clogging diffuser is composed of an ABS splitter and an inverted umbrella-type diffusion cover. Based on the bubble trajectory diagram, during the diffusion and upward movement of air, a large number of micro bubbles are formed by squeezing through the small holes densely distributed around the splitter. As the micro bubbles continue to move upwards, they collide with the three-dimensional triangular teeth on the inverted umbrella-type cover for further cutting. The microbubbles that are forcibly squeezed or collided and split up naturally increase the contact surface with the liquid in the sewage at a rated rising speed, thereby improving the oxygen utilization rate.
At the same time, under the top barrier of the inverted umbrella-type cover and the four- layer separation of the splitter, the suspended mixture in the sewage is filtered and isolated outside the equipment during the sedimentation process. The goal of ensuring that the equipment itself is not blocked while allowing for reverse flow of sewage is achieved.
