Rotary mechanical grille
The rotary mechanical grille is mainly installed at the water inlet of urban sewage treatment plants, sewage pre-treatment devices, municipal rainwater and sewage pump stations, waterworks, and power plant cooling system. As an ideal solid-liquid separation equipment in the water treatment industry, it is also widely used in water treatment projects in various industries such as textile, printing and dyeing, food, aquatic products, papermaking, butchery, tanning, etc.
Features
The driving device is directly driven by a cycloidal needle wheel or helical gear reducer motor featured with low noise, compact structure, and smooth operation;
The rack is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, easy installation, and minimal daily maintenance workload;
There are two types of rake tooth specifications: t=100mm, t=200mm;
Easy operation, direct local/remote control available;
Mechanical shear pins and overcurrent protection devices are set to prevent overload and ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment:
When the equipment width is over 1500mm, a parallel connection type will be adopted to ensure the equipment strength.
